Hi, I am Abhijay Potluri, I am 9 years old. "I Spy" had always been a favorite game for me and my brother Adithya. This is a game we all kids can relate, where one player becomes the spy, and selects an object for other players to find. And It very much applies to everything happening around us.
In our day to day, we all spy on so many things happening in front of our eyes. I spy people who are homeless, I spy kids who cannot go to school, I spy racism around us, I spy elderly people who need help, I spy people who throw food away on one side and people who die of hunger on the other side ...
Walking away is not an option anymore. Only if we could start acting in any smaller way on everything we spy, to start making a difference. Let us be the change for a better tomorrow.

What We Do

Our goal is to start taking action towards anything and anywhere, We can help in any smaller way.
We want to raise awareness among other kids and show that we are never too small to bring a change.
Let us keep our eyes wide open and spy on everything happening around us and help in any way we can, to show that we care.

All the little and big things around us, We all can help in little ways to make a difference and raise awareness

UNICEF is giving hope to millions of children across the world, who are deprived of basic child rights - food, shelter, health, clean water, education and a safe environment. Ms. Henrietta Fore became UNICEF’s seventh Executive Director in 2018. For more than 4 decades, she has been a champion for health, education and child rights across the world. She was the first woman to serve as the Administrator of the U.S. Agency for International Development and Director of United States Foreign Assistance. Ms. Fore also served as Undersecretary of State for Management, the Chief Operating Officer for the United States Department of State, and as the thirty‑seventh Director of the United States Mint within the Department of Treasury. She held several key positions over the years making an impact in every role. In 2009, she received the Distinguished Service Award, the highest award from Secretary of State for her exceptional leadership and service. Hi, I am Abhijay Potluri, Welcome to my show - "Spotlight With Abhijay" Every sports fan in America watches ESPN Sports Center. It is one of the most popular sports programs in the nation. And getting to host on Sports Center is a dream for many. Today I am really excited to have the first ever Indian American Sportscaster on national TV - Kevin Negandhi on my show. Kevin's journey to success is inspiring and motivating. In addition to SportsCenter, Kevin has hosted NFL Live, Baseball Tonight, Outside the Lines, College Football Live, NBA Tonight and the women’s NCAA basketball Final Four and he also hosted the Special Olympics World Games since 2015 and many more. A native of Phoenixville, Pa., and a proud Temple University grad, Negandhi began his sports media career as a freelancer for USA TODAY and has been at ESPN since 2006, working his way up to host some of the network’s top shows from "SportsCenter" to College Football Live. From a 14 year old kid with a dream to working hard every step of the way, overcoming all the odds to make his dream a reality, Kevin's journey to success is an inspiration to every kid out there with a dream.

Today is Martin Luther King Day and today's spotlight is on the legacy of Dr.King and how he led peaceful protests to help end segregation during the American civil rights movement. It is really important to raise awareness on racism and discrimination. Also joining me is my friend Ananya who is volunteering for the Orange Ribbon campaign by "Acton Boxborough United Way". As part of A-B United Way's first MLK Day of Action, the idea of the campaign is to display an orange ribbon on mailbox post as support for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, a grassroots initiative from local parents. Hi, I am Abhijay Potluri, Welcome to my show - "Spotlight With Abhijay". Have you heard of composting and why it is important to control climate change? Composting is the recycling of vegetable scraps and garden waste into soil that can be used for growing plants and in farms. This also closes the food cycle and creates a sustainable environment.  Shankara worked tirelessly to raise awareness and bring composting service to our neighborhood. He was able to get many families in our neighborhood to sign up for the composting service. Today I will be shining the spotlight on Shankara and his inspiring work.
